Prey to a bit of frustration....Grump
 
I have to say that I've been privy to some frustration lately. Mostly do to with the amount of unfinished works lying about and my seeming inability to finish said projects. Not being able to get to the finish line - I think - is one of the worst things ever! Also, if I could get a little breather from this game called life, that'd be great! Nuu  

All right, I'm done. I just needed to get that off my chest. So on a more pro-active note, I've done some page revamping. Hopefully my efforts will be fruitful and pull me from the  deviantART  crack I've fallen into. Here's hoping... Greetings

On a different note! Woohooooo!
I am going to Portland Comic-con in January and I am SO stoked!! I'm working on my Queen Amidala cosplay as we speak. I'll share some progress shots here soon. So far I know that I will be accompanied by Darth Maul and of course one of my Handmaidens.Dance!

I've Been Lurking

As the title suggests, I have indeed been lurking. Really, due to the fact that my data which was once unlimited, now is not. So, my ability to upload and what not was hindered. I suppose I could have gone and borrowed some internet from someone, but really I am sort of a closet artist. ^^;

Anyhow, I'm sure you've noticed my art dumps and have been tantalized enough by impending submissions. So, how are you guys all doing? I assure you that I am quite well and have really nothing awesome (at the moment) to pass along.

So I want to know what you've been up to? What sort of things have you been drawing secretly, and what are your favorite mediums as of late? Music? Books? Games? What black hole have you been sucked into? I eagerly await your replies/reply...that is if I have any watchers left. :D

Update!


You know, since I am so sporadic about journal updates it is almost always guaranteed to have new subject matter......it's been my plan since the very beginning. :evillaugh: .....not really, though.  ^^;  I'm sure that you have recently noted my increase in activity, and it is my sincerest wish to continue with such. I have solved my internet dilemma, replaced my computer, and acquired for myself some new artist toys! All of which should contribute to beefing up my gallery with current artworks, and such. I hope that you are looking forward to seeing them as much as I am to posting them. ;) I hope to add something new, if not today than tomorrow, but we shall see how that goes. :heart:

Things to watch out for will of course be more copic works in conjunction with watercolor. Of course, unfinished works finally meeting their end, and perhaps some fanart here and there. I have an inkling to bring to light something I like to call Sailor Moon: A different tale. It is purely for fun and relaxation. I like it and it is possible that someone else would to, who knows, right? I have an over-creative mind anyway, and I like drawing pretty things. :iconloveloveplz:

And then there is the epic-Skyrim....I think I'll leave it at that for now, long boring journals are more tedious to read than short ones. :D  If you really want to know more about something than of course feel free to ask. I don't bite. :meow:

Summer Fun


That is of course if summer decides to show itself! :iconsingingbirdplz: Don't get me wrong I love pouring down rain stormy weather, and I enjoy my wood stove immensely on those days, but some vitamin D is important for the soul! :la::eager::la::eager::la:

Anywho, I'm super excited to have actual dates down on the calendar for some mini-vacations, cuz lord knows we don't get away enough! :iconveryexcitedplz:

On Another Note


I can hardly believe it but in just in a few days my baby girl is going to be 1! This momentous occasion will be followed by my son turning 5!

Glorious Celebration


I know that it has  been a crazy long time since you've heard anything from me...^^; Alas, all I can say is, don't I know it! It has never been in my plan to have such long spurts of nothing but that seems to be how it turns out. :shakefish:

Well, as always, I will endeavor to update periodically! At least that is my goal. Now, if I can only avoid such disasters that are the contributing factor to my long absences. I think, however, that I am in the green. I do not foresee myself having to move in the near future, nor do I think that I will have the great pleasure of my said house being infested with deer mice. (This is your opportune moment to feel great sympathy for me.) ;)
